Adaptive-reuse developer Touchdown Realty completed the rehabilitation of 319 Main Street, a formerly distressed 10-door boutique hotel on the coveted Main Street in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. 
Acquired in 2020 during Covid, the Sponsor completed a 14-month re-construction of the historic property from the foundation including 4th story addition. 100% of units leased prior to stabilization. The project was awarded East Greenwich Historic District Commission’s “Restoration of the Year.” 
The Providence based Touchdown is run by retired NFL athlete Tom Clayton along with his wife and business partner Kelly Clayton. Since inception, Touchdown has renovated, re-developed, or built properties in excess of 70 properties totalling $100 million in value.
