Brittany Rose is a visionary real estate entrepreneur, fund manager, and community-builder focused on helping women unlock generational wealth through real estate. Build your brand and your life around authenticity. Don’t shrink yourself to fit into a mold or chase someone else’s definition of success. If you climb to the top of a ladder but realize it’s leaning against the wrong wall, you still won’t be fulfilled. Stay true to who you are, and let your purpose guide your path.
Fail and get back up. When I first started in real estate, I failed spectacularly. It shook my confidence, and I stepped away for over a year to regroup. But when the opportunity came to share what I had learned, I stepped up. That moment changed everything. I rebuilt my career from scratch and, in doing so, created a platform that has now impacted over 100,000 women and supporters of women in real estate. That resilience—turning failure into purpose—is something I will always be proud of.
With over 15 years of entrepreneurial and real estate experience, Brittany has grown from first-time investor to emerging developer and fund manager, currently leading a new home development project in Houston while assembling an international team of residential and commercial professionals. Her transition into real estate wasn’t without setbacks—her first deal failed, and she stepped away from the industry for a year. But it was that failure, and the resilience to return, that reshaped her career. “I’m most proud of falling—and getting back up. That pivot became my purpose.”
Brittany’s approach to leadership is rooted in authenticity and visibility.
“It’s not just about who you know—it’s who knows you,” she says.
She has built her brand by consistently showing up, sharing her work, and helping others advance theirs. Her early career included founding a business in college that grew to 19 employees and served a large client base in the DMV area. Her work has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, USA Today, Inc. Magazine, and U.S. News & World Report, and she was named Woman of the Year by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Beyond the numbers, Brittany is committed to cultivating leadership with patience and purpose. As she leads new developments and fund initiatives, she’s focused on guiding others—taking the time to articulate her vision, build alignment, and elevate those around her. That lesson came from experience and from the woman who inspires her most: her mother, whom she describes as “the most intelligent, beautiful, and giving person I know.”
She believes real estate isn’t just a business—it’s a platform to rewrite wealth narratives, create room for purpose-aligned leadership, and reimagine what legacy looks like.
“Don’t shrink to fit into someone else’s definition of success,” she tells younger professionals. “Climbing the wrong ladder won’t fulfill you. Build your brand—and your life—around who you truly are.”
Today, Brittany continues to lead W.I.R.E. as both a platform and a promise—one that every woman deserves the tools, access, and confidence to own her future.
